You can take the silt strider to Ald’Ruhn then take it to Gnisis. You can get to Ebonheart by taking the boat from Vivec. However, via the debug console, you can easily travel between towns, anywhere in the world. The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind As you may know, there is no offcial fast travel system in Marrowind created for the end user. It is possible to travel by boat to and from the town, speak to Haema Farseer, the captain of the Arrow for transport to Khuul, Sadrith Mora, Tel Aruhn or Tel Mora.
It is one of the northernmost towns in Vvardenfell.
